We ordered a lean-to conservatory before the Coronavirus hit and only the slab base was completed before lock-down. I was a little concerned that it wouldn’t ever be completed but I needn’t have worried. As soon as the restrictions were eased enough for things to start moving again, A1 Plastics were back to complete a splendid job. The team that Mark the owner has put together, from the sales representative, surveyor, builders, erectors, plasterer and electrician were pleasant, friendly and expert at their jobs. The finished result couldn’t be better and my wife and I are very pleased indeed with it. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
I highly recommend this company. We were let down massively by another company (Fairtrade Windows) but A1 Plastics restored our faith in Double Glazer’s. They turned up and fitted the windows when they said they would, snagged the windows themselves and rectified any issues without us even having to say anything. The windows look amazing and we couldn’t be any happier. It’s been smooth and seems less process throughout and the staff are all very friendly.

Mark and his team did a fantastic job with 3 windows on my property. It was quite a small job but I still felt like a priority. They beat 4 other quotes by a good margin and the fit + finish is phenomenal.

My Mum Jean has always had trouble with her porch sliding doors. Not anymore Mark MacDougall and his Team of fitters have transformed her house and as a result, the new installation of the front door along with two ornate panels on either side has given her house a new lease of life. She is so happy, no more struggling to close the door and she feels very secure in her four-bedroomed home, as the locking system is very safety conscious. Mark kept my Mum informed throughout the manufacturing process, and was on site with his fitting Team throughout. A1 Plastics reassures your confidence with their methodical attention to detail, we will certainly use them again, as they are a rare find within the UPVC window market. We had a full house of windows fitted, all our fascias did we did our research on the company and found every one highly recommends them, they were clean and tidy and very efficient, mark MacDougall the owner is very meticulous and professional was impressed with the standard of workmanship and the quality of frames after a full inspection was done by ourselves with the owner we then paid the balance, I would recommend this company highly
